We do not automatically collect personal data, location data, or contact information unless explicitly provided by you.
2. How We Use the Information
The information you enter is used solely to:
- Display and manage your visitation data within the App
- Generate downloadable PDF reports for your personal use
We do not use your information for advertising, analytics, or marketing.
3. Data Storage and Security
All information is stored locally on your device, unless you export PDF reports or choose to back up your data manually.
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against loss, theft, or unauthorized access. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third parties.
Your data remains private and is only accessible by you.
If the App connects to external storage (such as for PDF exports), data handling will follow the storage service’s own privacy and security practices.
5. Children’s Privacy
Custody Tracker does not collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian using the App to manage custody records, you are responsible for the data you input.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Because your data is stored locally, you have full control. You can:
- View, edit, or delete your records at any time directly within the App
- Uninstall the App to permanently remove all locally stored data

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect improvements or changes in the App. Updates will be posted within the App or on our official listing page, with the new “Last updated” date.
